By accessing or using our site www.humancha.com or by inserting a link to it on the web, you (the 'user') signify that you have read, understand and agree these Terms of Use, whether or not you are a registered member of Humancha. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to modify, add, or delete portions of these Terms of Use at any time without further notice. User conduct

User content posted on site

Copyright complaints

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and we prohibit users from transmitting on the site any materials that violate another party's intellectual property rights. When we receive notification of copyright infringement, we promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and terminate the accounts of repeat infringers. If you believe that any material on the site infringes upon any copyright which you own or control, you may send a written notification of such infringement to our administration. Site staff may at its sole discretion limit access to the site and/or terminate the memberships of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

By using or accessing Humancha, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
When you visit Huamcha you provide us with two types of information: personal information you knowingly choose to disclose and site use information collected as you interact with site.
When you register on Humancha you provide us personal informations, such as your name or your email address.
When you enter the site, we collect type of information like your IP address. This information is gathered for all site visitors. In addition, we store certain information from your browser using 'cookies'. A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's computer tied to information about the user. We use PHP session cookies to confirm that users are logged in, by default, we use a cookie that stores your login ID. These cookies terminate once the user closes the browser.
When you use Humancha you transmit informations through various channels; we collect this informations to provide you the service and offer personalized features.
You post content on the site at your own risk. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that content you post on the site will not be viewed by unauthorized persons. When you register with Humancha, you create your own profile. A part of your profile information are displayed to other people. We use your email address to send you service or non service email such as notifications about news and changes in the site, verification emails and advertising.
Humancha may use informations in your profile without identifying you as an individual to third parties.
Humancha may contain links to other websites. We are of course not responsible for the privacy practices of other web sites.
Advertisements that appear on Humancha are sometimes delivered directly to users by third party advertisers. They automatically receive your IP address when this happens. These third party advertisers may also download cookies to your computer to measure the effectiveness of their ads and to personalize advertising content. In this way they may determine which advertisements are clicked. Humancha does not have access to or control of the cookies that may be placed by the third party advertisers.
Humancha users may modify or delete any of their profile information at any time by logging into their account. Information will be updated immediately after user email confirmation. Individuals who wish to delete their account have to contact the site staff. Removed information may persist in backup copies for a reasonable period of time.
Humancha takes appropriate precautions to protect our users information but because transmittion on the site are not recognized as secure communications, we request that you not send private information throguh site.
